NEW JERSEY SCHOOLS DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY ANNOUNCES REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR PROPERTY MANAGEMENT AND MAINTENANCE SERVICES


May 15, 2019 – TRENTON, NJ – On Tuesday, May 7th, the New Jersey Schools Development Authority (SDA) issued a Request for Proposals (RFP) for the performance of State-wide property management services on Authority-owned properties.

Interested firms wishing to submit a proposal must sign-in electronically by sending a mandatory email Notice of Intent to Participate to David Kutch at dkutch@njsda.gov no later than 2 p.m. Eastern Time on May 17, 2019. The Authority will not be holding a traditional pre-proposal conference for this procurement

Proposals must be received no later than 2 p.m. Eastern Time on June 4, 2019 and may be mailed or hand delivered as set forth in the RFP.

Property Management and Maintenance Services may include snow removal, boarding of structures, emergency repairs, pest extermination and other services as may be required. The selected firm may also periodically provide routine services in order to maintain Authority Properties free from the accumulation of debris and uncut vegetation and free of health and safety hazards and other conditions that could cause a property to be deemed a "nuisance."

The questions and answers will be provided via an addendum to the RFP for each firm that submitted a timely e-mail Notice of Intent to Participate.
