SDA Board Agenda/Materials/Minutes*

Please note that the 2026 Organizational meeting and a Regular January Board meeting of the Board of Directors of the New Jersey Schools Development Authority has been scheduled for Wednesday, January 7, 2026 at the offices of the Authority at 32 E. Front Street, 1st Floor, Trenton, New Jersey, at which time formal action may be taken. The 2026 Organizational meeting will be held at 9:00a.m. with the Regular SDA Board meeting proceeding immediately thereafter (at approximately 9:15a.m.).

Public comments pertaining to the Organizational and Regular Board meetings may also be submitted by e-mail to BoardComments@njsda.gov. All written comments submitted in this manner must be received by Close of Business January 5, 2026 to become part of the formal meeting record.

Members of the public may participate in the meeting at the offices of the Authority.
