Advisory: Public Comment Being Accepted by New Jersey Schools Development Authority on Proposed Regulations For Disposition of Surplus Property
The New Jersey Schools Development Authority (NJSDA) has filed the following proposal for publication in the August 16, 2021, New Jersey Register:
- New rules at N.J.A.C. 19:35, Disposition of Surplus Real and Personal Property of the New Jersey Schools Development Authority
The proposed new rules at N.J.A.C. 19:35 specify the process for declaring real or personal property of the NJSDA as surplus, and further specify various methods for disposing of such property. The notice of proposal can be viewed on the Authority's website.
Members of the public may send in written comments concerning the proposals by October 15, 2021, via the Authority's website or via the mailing or email addresses contained in the notices of proposal.
