Advisory: Public Comment Being Accepted by New Jersey Schools Development Authority on Proposed Regulations
The New Jersey Schools Development Authority (NJSDA) authorized the following proposals for publication in the April 20, 2026, New Jersey Register:
- Amendments to rules codified at N.J.A.C. 19:38C, Procurement of Architectural, Engineering, Land Surveying, and Related Professional Consulting Services
- Amendments to rules codified at N.J.A.C. 19:38D, Procurement of Goods and Services
The rules proposed for amendment govern the NJSDA’s standards and procedures for the procurement of contracts for professional services consultants, including architects and engineers, and the procurement of contracts for goods and services. The notice of proposals can be viewed on NJSDA’s website.
Members of the public may send in written comments concerning the proposals by June 19, 2026, via NJSDA’s website or via the mailing or email addresses contained in the notices of proposal.
