The new 140,000 square-foot, four story school was designed to educate approximately 890 students in grades two through eight. The school includes 34 general use classrooms, three self-contained special education classrooms, six science demonstration rooms and labs, a gymnasium, a cafeteria, a multi-purpose room with stage, a media center and administrative offices. The new school was built using a design-build approach.
