New STEAM and STARS High School |

The new grade 9 to 12 school will be built on the former Paterson Catholic School site. The school will be designed to educate approximately 1,200 students in a 245,000 square-foot facility. The project scope also includes demolition of the existing school after construction of the new facility is complete. |
CURRENT STATUS - As of April 1, 2026: The design phase of the design-build contract is ongoing. The design-builder is preparing a package to construct the retaining wall and initiate the early package separating the site from the existing school. An award for construction management services was approved at the SDA April Board meeting to Accenture Infrastructure and Capital Projects, LLC. |
