Public School #26 is an 87,448-square-foot facility housing 580 kindergarten through 8th grade students. The 2-story facility is comprised of 2 kindergarten classrooms and twenty-two general classrooms. Health and Safety work has been performed at the school. The work included new emergency and exit lighting system, installation of new heating and ventilating system throughout the building, restoration and cleaning of exterior building masonry, replacement of existing stair tower assembly and doors, classroom doors and hardware, replacement of lintels at exterior door and window locations, stage foot lights, windows and roof. |
