New Jersey Economic Development Authority (NJEDA) is seeking proposals from firms interested in providing project management consulting services for the management of Pilot Program work for the State of New Jersey. Pilot Group A will award a group of projects with an estimated construction value of $50 million.
A Request for Proposal (RFP) for these services will be available for pick-up starting Wednesday April 18, 2001, between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. at the offices of NJEDA, 36 West State Street, Trenton, New Jersey 08625. Copies of the RFP also are available on the NJEDA website at www.njeda.com. A mandatory pre-proposal conference for firms wishing to submit Proposals is scheduled on Wednesday, April 25, 2001 at 10:00 a.m.. The conference will be held at: 36 West State Street, Trenton, New Jersey.

Completed RFP responses 7 copies (6 bound, 1 unbound), must be received by 2:00 p.m. on the closing date of: Wednesday, May 9, 2001. Completed RFP responses should be mailed to: New Jersey Economic Development Authority, Paul Staudt, PO Box 990, Trenton, New Jersey 08625-0990, or, delivered by hand to: 36 West State Street, Trenton, New Jersey.
In order to be considered for selection, firms must be able to demonstrate in their response submitted to the NJEDA that they have:
1. Experience in the management of school construction and reconstruction programs for multiple school districts and multiple sites under one program.
2. Experience in a project and construction management role overseeing numerous A/E, C/M and G/C firms on multiple projects on a "fast track" basis.
3. Been pre-qualified with NJEDA in the specialty of Construction Management with a minimum rating of unlimited as of the date of this advertisement.
