The New Jersey Schools Development Authority (the "Authority") is seeking to engage a property management and maintenance consultant (the “Consultant”) to provide state-wide property management and maintenance services in connection with land acquisitions necessitated by the School Construction program.

A Mandatory Pre-Proposal Conference will be held for all firms seeking to submit a proposal. Firms are expected to review the RFP Package in advance of the conference and bring a copy to the conference. All firms wishing to submit a proposal must attend the pre-proposal conference. Completed Proposals MUST be received NO LATER than 5:00 PM on Tuesday, October 18, 2011, and may be mailed or hand delivered as set forth in the RFP.
Proposing firms MUST submit a true copy of their valid business registration certificate issued by the New Jersey Division of Revenue.
Evaluation Criteria: Submissions that are not responsive will be rejected without evaluation. Responsive submissions will be ranked pursuant to the following evaluation criteria:
- Firm Relevant Experience providing Property Management & Maintenance Services (Case Studies)
- Qualifications & Relevant Experience of Key Team Members
- Qualifications & Relevant Experience of Support Consultants
- Approach to Providing Scope of Services
In addition, to be selected, a firm must be approved for moral integrity pursuant to a review by the New Jersey State Police, as set forth in the RFP. Bidders must comply with the requirements of P.L. 2005, c. 51, and implementing rules.
