The New Jersey Schools Development Authority (“NJSDA”) is seeking to engage the services of multiple Site Environmental Consultants ("SEC's") to provide Site Environmental Consulting Services and Environmental Site Closure Services.

A Mandatory Pre-Proposal Conference will be held for all firms seeking to submit a proposal. Firms are expected to review the RFP Package in advance of the conference and bring a copy to the conference. All firms wishing to submit a proposal must attend the pre-proposal conference. Questions and/or concerns relating to the RFP Package and the Agreement may only be addressed at the pre-proposal conference. The conference will be held on Thursday, July 7, 2011 at 11:00 AM at:
New Jersey Schools Development AuthorityIn the event that the NJSDA determines, at its sole discretion, that additional pre-proposal conferences need to be held in order to increase the pool of bidders, it shall schedule subsequent pre-proposal conferences.

Proposals must be received by 5:00 PM on Tuesday, August 2, 2011 and may be mailed or hand delivered as set forth in the RFP.
Proposing firms must submit a true copy of their valid business registration certificate issued by the New Jersey Division of Revenue.
Evaluation Criteria: Submissions that are not responsive will be rejected without evaluation. Responsive submissions will be ranked pursuant to the following evaluation criteria:
- Qualifications and Relevant Experience - Four (4) Case Studies
- Approach to Providing the Required Scope of Services
In addition, to be selected, a firm must be prequalified by the NJSDA in one of the disciplines referenced above and as set forth in the RFP. Bidders must comply with the requirements of P.L. 2005, c. 51, and implementing rules.
