The New Jersey Schools Development Authority (the "NJSDA") is seeking to engage vendors to provide services as Integrators. The Integrators, entities experienced in the performance of electronic data transmission and computer systems services for educational K-12 facilities shall furnish integration services relevant to the school facility wide network infrastructure. All services shall be authorized and requested by NJSDA Facilities Furnishings Technology & Equipement ("FFT&E") representative and in concurrence with NJSDA School District's ("District") technology representative and performed at the District's designated school facility currently under construction and located within the State of New Jersey. The NJSDA intends to award to a minimum of three (3) vendors for not-to-exceed amounts of $500,000 each.

The NJSDA shall not hold a traditional Pre-proposal conference for this procurement. All firms wishing to submit a proposal MUST sign-in electronically by sending a mandatory e-mail Notice of Intent to Participate to Megan Cox at mcox@njsda.gov no later than 5:00 PM on Wednesday, March 25, 2009.

Firms may submit questions to the NJSDA by sending them by e-mail to Megan Cox at mcox@njsda.gov no later than 5:00 PM on Wednesday, March 25, 2009. The questions and answers shall be provided electronically to each firm that submitted a timely e-mail Notice of Intent to Participate.

Completed Proposals MUST be received NO LATER than 5:00 PM on Monday, April 6, 2009, and may be mailed or hand delivered as set forth in the RFP.

Proposing firms MUST submit a true copy of their valid business registration certificate issued by the New Jersey Division of Revenue.

Evaluation Criteria: Submissions that are not responsive will be rejected without evaluation. Responsive submissions will be ranked pursuant to the following evaluation criteria:

  1. Firm Experience
  2. Experience of Key Team Members
  3. Training Capabilities/Experience
  4. Storage/Warehousing Capabilities
  5. Approach to Providing the Required Services


In addition, to be selected, a firm must be approved for moral integrity as set forth in the RFP.

Bidders must comply with the requirements of P.L. 2005, c. 51, and implementing rules.
