New Jersey Schools Development Authority (“NJSDA”) is seeking to engage legal counsel to represent the Authority in litigation that the NJSDA intends to bring. Specifically, the NJSDA is seeking to engage counsel with demonstrated experience and success litigating construction matters and are contemplating initiating formal litigation against a large, well known firm in the construction industry and need counsel and advice formulating and prosecuting any such litigation.
