New Jersey Schools Development Authority (“NJSDA”) is seeking to engage legal counsel to assist us in our defense of an action initiated against us by Horizon Group of New England. Horizon Group of New England filed a complaint against NJSDA, Bovis Lend Lease, Inc.,Imperial Construction group,Inc./Bovis Lend Lease, Inc., EI Associates and GZA Geoenvironmental, Inc. alleging counts of breach of contract, negligence, negligent misrepresentation and fraud. The allegations arise from a project known as Harrison High School Athletic field in Harrison, NJ.
