The New Jersey Schools Development Authority (the "Authority") is seeking proposals from firms interested in providing the below services.:
Package Name: Estimating/Cost Analysis Services
Contract Duration: 1-year term; one 1-year extension at NJSDA option
Program Budget for Initital 2-year Engagement: $200,000
Program Budget for Extensions (NJSDA Option): $200,000 for an additional year

An optional pre-bid meeting will be held on Tuesday, June 3, 2008 at 11:00 AM at the NJSDA Trenton Regional Office, 1 West State Street, Trenton, NJ 08625. All firms wishing to submit a proposal are invited to attend the optional pre-bid meeting. Questions and/or concerns relating to the RFQ may only be addressed at the pre-bid meeting.
All firms wishing to submit a proposal must sign in electronically by sending a mandatory e-mail Notice of Intent to Participate to Megan Cox at mcox@njsda.gov no later than 5:00 PM Eastern Time on Tuesday, June 3, 2008.
Firms may also submit questions to the NJSDA by sending them by e-mail to Megan Cox at mcox@njsda.gov no later than 5:00 pm Eastern Time on Tuesday, June 3, 2008. The questions and answers submitted electronically and/or posed during the optional pre-bid meeting shall be provided electronically to each firm that submitted a timely e-mail Notice of Intent to Participate and/or attended the optional pre-bid meeting.
Responses to this RFQ must be received by the NJSDA by 5:00 PM on Tuesday, June 10, 2008.
Proposing firms must submit a true copy of their valid business registration certificate issued by the New Jersey Division of Revenue and complete a Bureau of Fiscal Oversight Questionnaire.
Evaluation Criteria: Submissions that are not responsive will be rejected without evaluation. Responsive submissions will be ranked pursuant to the following evaluation criteria:
- Team Estimation/Cost Analysis experience
- Team Value Engineering experience
- Team Economic and Statistical experience
- SBE Compliance
