On February 13, 2003 the New Jersey Economic Development Authority (NJEDA) randomly selected (from an appropriate pool of its prequalified Consultants) a shortlist of firms who were invited to submit Technical and Fee Proposals for the design of the school facility projects described below. The following firms were contacted and have agreed to participate:
