New STEAM and STARS High School |

The new grade 9 to 12 school will be built on the former Paterson Catholic School site. The school will be designed to educate approximately 1,200 students in a 245,000 square-foot facility. The project scope also includes demolition of the existing school after construction of the new facility is complete. |
CURRENT STATUS - As of November 1, 2025: A design-build procurement is ongoing and proposals are due on November 18. A procurement for construction management services is anticipated for Q4 2025/Q1 2026. |
