The Roberto Clemente Elementary School is a 40,193-square-foot 3-story facility housing 342 students in grades 1 through 4. The school is comprised of 17 classrooms and was built in 1920. Health and Safety work has been performed at the school. The work included reuse of the existing boiler and replacement of all piping, terminal units, and component equipment, new emergency and exit lighting system, exhaust fans, existing stair tower assembly and doors, classroom doors and hardware, windows, roof, lintels at exterior door and window locations, handrails, existing chillers, and restoration and cleaning of exterior building masonry. |
