Public School #28 is 3-story 101,058-square-foot 22-classroom facility housing 609 kindergarten through 4th grade students. The building was constructed in 1956. Health and Safety work has been performed at the school. The work included new emergency and exit lighting system, installation of new heating and ventilating system throughout the building, restoration and cleaning of exterior building masonry, replacement of existing stair tower assembly and doors, classroom doors and hardware, replacement of lintels at exterior door and window locations, stage foot lights and roof |
