The original building was built in 1963. The three-story 324,244-square- foot facility houses 2,900 students in grades 9 through 12. The high school consists of 35 classrooms with one science demonstration room. Health and Safety work has been performed at the school. The work included reuse of the existing boiler and the replacement of all piping, terminal units and component equipment, new emergency lighting and exit lighting system, replacement of existing stair tower assembly doors, classroom doors and hardware, windows, stage foot lights, lintels at exterior door and window locations, and restoration and cleaning of the exterior building masonry. |
