The Russell Brackman Middle School opened in 1990. It received a 40,000 square-foot 2-story addition to accommodate 1,118 students. This addition contains 10 classrooms, 4 science labs and support rooms, 4 small group rooms, an auxiliary gymnasium and a music room. The existing kitchen and cafeteria were also expanded. Additionally, water infiltration leaks were fixed. Thomas Associates designed the projects. Patock Construction Company was the general contractor. AFG Group, Inc. provided Construction Management services. The occupancy date was September 2008. |
