James J. Ferris High School was originally constructed in 1963 and is currently beings used as a high school facility for grades levels 9 through 12. The school is 267,793 square feet and houses 1,350 students. The scope of work includes the replacement of four boilers, pool heater, and the installation of domestic hot water heaters and associated piping. The Construction Notice to Proceed (NTP) was issued on July 30, 2004. Substantial completion was obtained January 6, 2005. |
