The project scope calls for the construction of an approximately 190,000 square-foot facility. The new facility will provide capacity to educate a maximum of 1,080 students in grades 9 to 12. The school will be located on an SDA-owned site. |
CURRENT STATUS - As of August 1, 2026: An award to APS Contracting, Inc. for demolition and early site preparation services was approved by the SDA Board of Directors in June 2026. The early site preparation contractor is mobilizing to the site this month. An advertisement for design-build services was issued on July 1, 2026, and bids are due September 15, 2026.
