New Decatur Avenue Elementary School |

The new grade Pre-K to 5 school will be built on the District-owned Decatur Avenue School site. The school will be designed to educate a maximum of approximately 600 students in a 91,000 square-foot facility. |
CURRENT STATUS - As of October 1, 2025: Early Site preparation activities are ongoing. A contract award was issued to USA Environmental Management, Inc. for demolition of all existing structures and associated site conditions and preparation of the site in June 2025. A procurement for design-build services was advertised in August 2025.
