This school is a 92,921-square-foot, one-story middle school serving more than 585 students in grades 6, 7, and 8. The school contains a cafeteria, gymnasium and an auxiliary gymnasium, auditorium, 22 classrooms, 3 special education rooms, 2 science labs and a media center. Arthur J. Ogren Inc. was awarded the construction contract June 2, 2008. The school opened to students in January 2010. The new middle school project was designed by Manders/Merighi Associates. URS Corporation Group was the project management firm. |
