*This document establishes the minimum obligations of the Design Consultant. The Design Consultant will be responsible for satisfying all of these obligations even if they are not specifically addressed in the Technical Proposal. If the services promised in the Design Consultant's Technical Proposal exceed those described in the Agreement, the Design Consultant shall be responsible for providing those additional services, for which no Amendment to the Agreement will be necessary, and no additional compensation will be paid to the Design Consultant.
