SDA Capital Program

In June 2010, the SDA and the Department of Education began a thorough review of all 2008 Capital Plan projects not yet in construction and additional projects identified by the districts Long Range Facilities Plans. On March 3, 2011 the SDA Board of Directors unanimously approved the SDA Capital Program Recommendations. The Capital Program represents a new approach to school construction in the SDA Districts. This approach reflects a commitment to the efficient and proper use of public funds and will allow the Authority to responsibly advance school construction projects.
