Policy, regulatory and corporate resources are in this section. It includes policies and regulations promulgated by the SDA, successor to the SCC. It details the Educational Facilities Construction and Financing Act, which established the school construction program, and Executive Orders pertinent to the creation, operations and governance of the SDA and its predecessor, the SCC.
