As required by Section 5.3 of the By-Laws, the Authority "shall designate
by resolution those individual members, officers, employees (or any combination
thereof) who shall be authorized (either generally or in specific transactions)
to approve contracts and to execute documents legally binding on the Authority,
or to sign checks and disbursements on behalf of the Authority.
The attached policy reflects the Operating Authority by Level of Authority and
subject.
