To achieve transparency and protect taxpayer dollars, the SDA is committed to eliminating any potential for wasteful practices or wrongdoing in the school construction program. Accordingly, the SDA cooperates with the Investigations Division of the Office of the State Comptroller (OSC) to review and investigate SDA operations and processes as needed. The SDA CEO stays in regular contact with the Division and refers matters requiring investigation for follow-up.
