Customer Service (Contractor & Vendor Payment Issues) - Requests to the Customer Service Center should be initiated when other inquiries have been unsuccessful (i.e., trying to find resolution to an issue through the General Contractor, Project Management Firm, SDA Regional Offices, or one or more of the various SDA Divisions).
