Please be advised that the New Jersey Department of Treasury has issued revised minority and women workforce goals for construction contractors and subcontractors effective January 1, 2006.

The New Jersey Schools Development Authority (SDA) enforces these goals for any school facilities project contracts awarded by its predecessor, the SCC, or the SDA, after that date.

The new goals do not impact any projects that received a Notice to Proceed before January 1, 2006. Those school facilities projects will continue to be monitored under the former minority and woman workforce goals.
